I think they are a bunch of cool brothers. People really hate on them because of the house they have, which really isnt bad. You have to give them props for throwing down parties as often as they did... it's really impressive. Some of the brothers are really weird but overall i wouldn't hate on them too much. Personally I wouldn't rush them because I want a closer brotherhood, but it is not a bad option.

Heres the thing, you can split this org in half and get two completely different reviews. Half of them are cute, half of them you wouldnt look twice. Some of them are nice to everyone that isnt a sister, some of them can’t figure out how to get their head out of their ass long enough to crack a smile. Regardless, they stay as top 3 or 4, but would be better if they didnt try to tear down other orgs and stare down every new member that didnt choose to rush them.

Listen, theyre not the worst girls but these rankings are definitely sus cause theyre def not the top.. sorry to burst their bubble. Been stagnant as number 4, or lower honestly if you consider the sigmas (sigma psi zeta), for years and prob wont change. Some are cute most are not, they also dont have close ties to any top tier org so theyre not doing themselves any favors really.

Nice house, but idk how they are still on campus. They get into trouble like every other week and the brothers arent a close brotherhood as i've heard. im still looking to rush maybe but i will never do sammies cus i heard they make you do heroine and cocaine in the pledging process

they are really good at throwing parties, last semester they finessed a freaking mansion lol easily one of the best houses i've been to. let's see what they are upto next semester, but id like to see better rides lol they take a while

I’ve met some of the sisters and really want to rush! Most frat bros I’ve talked to said they’re the best. SDT seems too cliquey and doesn’t appear to have a good sisterhood and thetas don’t have as much fun. These girls are all classy, smart and fun
