I'll say this, they went from not so hot to hot. Stayed popular in members individually, are WAY over-involved, have gone from "Chivalry Never Dies" to "Who can I lay at this party" and are trying to be Sig Ep socially. I give them 4 years. Sig Ep is the new Pi Kapp (they get 2 years), Delta Sig will follow suit. Seems everyone but Phi Sig goes boom then bust at this campus.

They win stuff but they're kinda lame, a bunch of followers. They pour liquor down girl's throats and send them to Pike when they look like they need an evac - super sketch! Delta Sigma Phi is the tool shed at Stetson, they have really fallen in the last 2 years.
