These guys did a lot of maturing this past school year and can tell. They got rid of toxic members that were about to drive them to get kicked off. They still got room to grow in different areas, with this being said they are way better of a chapter now. BTW this is coming from a third party perspective. So good job guys, keep up the good work.

Used to be a good frat; however, didn't do anything this past school year which is lead them to the bottom. Most of the guys either graduated or dropped do to this. ATO is bigger than these guys now. Do I need to say anymore?

RIP. Wish I could’ve seen them in their hay day. All three of their members seem to be good friends though. I’ve heard their house is basically a sports team house.

Lambda is finally on the up and up after being the ‘new guy’ for so long. They still have some awkward and dorky guys, but for the most part finally hold their own. Although they still tend to be dorky, they have started going out and having social lives. Super nice and clean house. They’re always involved in everyone’s philanthropy weeks. Their sweetheart has been a zeta two years in a row so I think that’s helped their social standing considerably.

Phi Sig used to be the best house on campus until their last recruitment chair screwed them over. Most members have graduated so they’re very small. If they don’t have a good rush this year they won’t exist on campus anymore. But their brotherhood is super strong, the guys are diverse and very cool. Tend to be party animals or focused on getting high but they are a lot of fun and they’re all best friends. I really hope they can bring back old phi sig before it’s too late. Used to be super close with Pi Phi and Zeta.

New to campus. Some are trying to make this a decent organization and are very involved on campus. Others are just trying way too hard to be frat.

Alpha xi has always been known to be a Great Value TriDelt. Some are very sweet, smart, and wealthy; but most just seem like TriDelt rejects. Going through recruitment the vibes just feel like they’re trying too hard. Always see them having fun at the bars or tailgates.

Delta Delta Delta Sorority

Theta is still new to campus so it seems like they give a bid to everyone. Some girls seem to really enjoy it while others drop quickly. Theta gives off an “island of misfit toys” vibe for a lot of girls that wouldn’t get a bid elsewhere. However- some are working very hard to create genuine sisterhood and I could see them slowly becoming more selective. Give it ten years and theta will be better and take alpha chi back to the bottom where they belong.

ZTA is for sure a top tier house. Not always as pretty as TriDelt, but they are the most well rounded. I see ZTA’s in leadership positions all over campus, and they are very involved in their philanthropy. But I also see Zetas out downtown every weekend, so they have a good variety. Always smiling and seem to be genuine friends. TLDR: smart and fun.

Do you like mistreating women? well looks like you're interested in the right Frat. These little boys wrote the book on it. Whether you're curious as to what alcohol poising feels like or you just want to get chased down the street by a jeep full of intoxicated brain cells, Sigma Phi Epsilon can make it happen! Nationally recognized as balanced men, these guys do a great job at balancing 6 title XI allegations like its nothing. Unfortunately, there will inevitably be decent guys who choose to join this organization and to you, I say stay true to yourself and your morals. DO NOT let the bad decisions of your "brothers" influence how you choose to live your life.
