Always fun when we go over! The only reason unrated low for these boys is because their senior class was kind of what made them. As far as involvement, they could have done much better last year. We will see where next year takes them!

People below pretty spot on. They have potential and don't get involved in the Greek drama but need to branch out socially. They stayed out of trouble and won a lot of awards and have some cute and hot guys, but their house is always a bro fest.

I would agree with below. A few awesome guys, but have a lot of guys who are just there flying under the radar. If they ever lost the 5-10 quality guys they have, they would be wrecked
