These women are very bright, independent, strong, and collaborative. They are hard working, willing to help others, and very accepting of others. You can pick an Alpha Gamma Delta out of a group because she is the one who is listening attentively with a steady look in her eyes while collecting data. They go on to the best first time jobs with high starting salaries after graduation, including P&G, Hanover Insurance, United Technologies, and GE. They are leaders who are mature and focused.

These guys are like "The boy next door." They're kind of awkward and shy at first and then they turn around and are your best friend. They are genuinely good guys. Their chapter is improving with age. I absolutely love going over there to socialize.

This chapter is the most diverse. These girls have friends in every chapter and non-Greek groups as well. It's actually awesome. They know so many people. These girls are incredibly involved. What's important is that they don't have a requirement to be involved in things like many other chapters do. They are dedicated and committed members. These girls are very fun to hang out with! You could go up to any of them and they would welcome you in to their conversation. They're so happy too!

This is a fun, involved group of girls but aside from a few it seems as though they care more about having a position or title than actually making changes.
