Some of the brothers are kind of creepy sometimes.

Not a fan of Alpha Phi. They are catty and don't have a real sisterhood. They also think they're better than everyone else....

Most of the comments here are pretty void since they so drastically change their reputation within a year. They had a pretty big overhaul of their house kicking out a ton of brothers last year. In the past they had the reputation of being a football/meathead kind of house, but now it's honestly a great group of guys. They stick close to each other and are working hard to maintain a good reputation, and it's working well.

A bunch of goobers. A lot of the individuals that are in the house are fine, but it's not really the kind of place you are going to want to rush if you have your choice of house. They give off the wrong vibes, but I think they're trying really hard to change that.

A good group of guys, but not really fraternity material. They're parties are decent and they treat everyone well. It's the right place for a lot of people on campus given the school's average student, but if you're looking to have fun and be a part of an amazing brotherhood these guys should be a second choice.

Probably the best house on campus. It's definitely a tough house to pledge, but that comes with their top tier reputation. A lot of people will dismiss them as douche bags, but get to know the brothers and they're all really nice people. Great place to party, great guys, and probably the last of the true frat houses that you'd want to join.

They're a decent house. It's definitely fun to party at Theta Chi given their basement, and it's newest class is definitely a fun one. They try really hard during rush A term, but come house tours people tend to figure out that they're really not the best house. Good place to be if you're looking to drink.

Solid house, solid brothers, but not quiet the same level of parties as other top houses. They don't really have much of a stereo type, and are missing the level of brotherhood required to be a top tier house. They definitely have a lot of cool individuals though.

All of the girls in this chapter are so kind and hard working. I have never met a Phi Sig who isn't above average in everything that she does.
