They attempt to be a top tier fraternity but just can't. Large nice house, some weird guys but nice for the most part. Middle tier to the death of em.

By far the best fraternity on campus. Throw the best parties, and have pretty much dominanted Friday nights. FIJI Fridays are totally a thing and are pretty lit every week. The guys there are very social too. Very very tight brotherhood.
