Fraternity rankings here are all over the place; which fraternities don't have houses??

Delts just got one, Sigma Chi, Phi Delt, Sig Tau, and ATO are the only ones with houses that are worth a damn.

Theta Chi has a house as well

Most fraternities have a house they use for events, but only a few have fraternity owned houses. Phi Delt, Sig Tau and Sigma Chi are the only three. The others are still decent but not "houses" in the same respect
