they went through a rough patch for the past three years because of exec board members. you couldnt show your tummy or have socials with guys,...now they are allowed to which is great cause its college. dont rat people out. love your sisters. You r only young once. Live it up dont let girls your own age RUN your college years. Coming back on top slowly but surely. - ex axo

Most genuine group of girls on the row honestly. Yeah they go out but its college they never get sloppy are so fun to be around. Have an amazing sisterhood

Only show up to events so they can take pictures of themselves and have something to post. Seem friendly but are Not not a very good sisterhood I hear girls complaining about it all the time

not sure how this fraternity made it on top 5 but out of all the 16 fraternities on this campus they’re somewhere in last five

I'm not gonna lie, DZ isn't bad at all. It's not what everyone makes it out to be. The main issue is they talk bad about each other in public all the time, especially EXEC and older members. They go through recruitment and talk about forgiveness nd sisterhood but they are so easy to judge each other and talk bad about people who think they are their friends. It hurts a lot of people in the sorority, im not in a sorority for this reason, but I do hang out with DZ's so I hear a lot of the gossip, and some of the girls shouldn't be talked about they way yall talk about them. I'm not being rude im just saying everything yall have is amazing, the one thing you need to work on is kindness and love with each other. It's gotten out of hand this year and its only October. I believe in you, just grow up and be nice.

I recently went through rush. As Chi O has an amazing instagram they are extremely fake in real life. The whole rush process in this house was very forced and fast. Everyone would say they loved you or your amazing but you never really had a chance to connect with one girl, it was like musical chairs. After recruitment I really see through all acts and fakeness of the girls. The girls that said they “loved me” completely ignore you around campus. I have several friends that are Chi O and it seems there’s no real sisterhood here just pictures & instangram posts. Not something I would want to be apart of, sisterhood matters.

When i went through recruitment, I chose another house of ZTA and I wholeheartedly regret it. I love all of the girls in this chapter and 100% believe they are the best house on campus!

As a whole DZ has some major problems it needs to fix, starting at the top. You should never hear exec board members talk bad about their own members in public. Because of a previous bad reputation, these girls care a little too much about how everyone else in greek life sees them. Many girls have been bullied out because they didn't fit the look the chapters exec was going for. They are the only chapter that consistently COB's because they are ALWAYS under chapter total. And there's a reason. If everyone was nicer maybe you wouldn't lose 20 girls a semester. This isn't something that can't be fixed, everyone just needs to stop being so reputation focused so they can focus on their struggling sisterhood

Phi Delta Theta is the longest continually ran fraternity on the SFA campus. Only the Sawyers pre date Phi Delt, but the Sawyers did not continually operate at SFA. So PDT is the longest standing fraternity on the SFA campus. With that, they rank fairly high because of their history.
