GONE. KICKED OFF. CHARTER REVOKED. Do not give your money to anyone claiming to be a Phi Delt. The letters have been removed from the house and there is no telling nor would there be accountability when it comes to the money they would possibly attempt to collect and where it would go.

Being someone from outside I can truly say these girls are 100% the most genuine on the row. People that keep saying they only care about partying and act like complete fools when they are go out are soo wrong. I have never seen one of them act like that out. Also who ever is saying that doesn’t Probably even get invited out tbh. If you’re looking for a real sisterhood this is the chapter for you

Theta chi is the most genuine group of guys I’ve ever met. Everyone is welcome at their house & they take care of their own really well. They act like one big family and look out for their own, including the girls that hang around them. They are super involved on campus and around nac & know how to have a good time!!
