They Do have a house its on the row. only ones to have one on the row. and they do throw 1 or 2 good parties. just want everyone to know the facts and no im not a phi-delt. different fraternity.

I use to be one of their sweethearts and although they are nice and good boys they need to branch out more. a little on the redneck side

Best looking, which is clear to everyone, only ones to give them competition are Sig Tau and Sig Nu. And they classiest!! Love them!!!

I'm an SAE here at SFA and although I read that comment earlier on this page it doesnt make a difference to me. Just like yall or this new chapter here at SFA, we were also new 4 years ago. They are new and everyone should give them a chance instead of degrade them. sure they may not fit the mold of a typical fraterity man but that just means they havent found their qualifications yet. nationally they are great! Approximately half the UT Tyler chapter are my best friends and are great individuals. I hope the best for this new chapter and would like to see them succeed. I would be more than willing to help with anything they need. Keep doing your thing Pi Kappa Phi!

1) Men don't vary in their quality. Ever human being has an equal number of flaws and strengths. Some people merely have flaws that are less obvious. I would rather associate myself with people who are up front about their issues, because then at least you know who you are dealing with. 2) No one really cares about greek life once you graduate. As an 6 year grad and alumni of Theta Chi, I can say that with real honesty. Some of the comments on here are shameful, and I really hope that our brotherhood hasn't degraded into bigotry. NONE OF YOU are any better than any other man on campus, despite how much money your parents made or how many girls you attract. Period. 3) This entire message board is a farce. You are all getting your rush helpers to post ridiculous claims. If you really want to show your "quality", start by setting an example with your treatment of others.
