idk what yall are looking at or seeing, but Theta Chi is still at the top. I see other fraternities and pledges trying to get into their parties everytime I'm there. Yes, they had a smaller pledge class, but their guys are better than most of the rest that jumped steps. Theta Chi is still at the top

The only fraternity house on sorority row. Tons of community service at the boys and girls club in town. Clean house, great parties, and great dudes. Get to know em.

dress nice, good looking pledge class, a couple weird guys, they need to throw more parties. at the end of the day, they are well rounded
