These guys are tiny on campus which stinks because they were a top house for a while years ago. If they were more active on campus they might be better off.

These dudes were nearly dying on campus for a minute but recently it looks like they’re turning their chapter around. If they keep getting good rush classes they could actually be a solid upper middle tier. They aren't too bad at throwing smaller parties either. My friends and I usually feel pretty safe around them too.

Do not let their ranking trick you… these dudes are bottom house weirdos. Nobody comes to their parties, which are always sausage fests, and they literally mob any girl that comes to their apartment. Unless you want to watch a hunch of unwashed dudes pop honey packs together stay far away from phipsi.
