Definitely a top tier group now. Issues in the past, but on the way up. Nice guys, wish some were in my fraternity.

A lot of those girls are bang-able. But as far as sisterhood goes and any form of dignity, majority have non. These girls have daddy issues and have a hard time keeping their legs closed. If you are looking for an easy lay that looks decent, just get a Tri Delt drunk and they will 9/10 go for it, or at least blow you. I wouldn't rush these girls if I was a freshman girl wanting a decent reputation.

These girls are so incredibly sweet, but they are just the average girl. As a guy looking at them, they have to work on rushing prettier girls. But as far as quality of sisterhood and philanthropy, they should be cheered on for their hard work.

I can honestly say after 3 years of being at SFA and in the greek community, these guys are filthy. I mean downright disgusting Rush tactics and they treat women horribly. Do NOT rush them if you are a new guy at SFA, they will tell you anything to get you to rush. They have a pathetic reputation here and aren't worth much. Any other fraternity would be a better choice. You have been warned.

Phi Delt guys are seriously the most fun and easy going group I've met here so far! Last semester I had the unfortunate experience of being tormented by another fraternity and once I met the sweethearts and guys for PDT I knew I needed to make a change! If you are a guy or girl consider rushing with Phi Delt! You won't regret it, I know I don't!

Definitely top house at SFA. They've improved their chapter all around with the pledges, have the biggest ragers as well.

Probably low to mid tier. Parties aren't that big, never let anyone in they even beat up a kid last semester. I would not rush these guys.

They're very fake girls. How they act to your face is not a good representation of how they'll be once you leave the room.
