Agree with most of that except you forgot Sigma Nu.
PIKE and SAE are a toss up depending on the weekend
KA could be thrown in there with PIKE and SAE by some but now they are shut down
Sigma Nu was forgotten.. have some nice guys but overall definitely a step down from SAE PIKE AND KA, but also a step up from Phi and Kappa Sig
Phi and kappa sig both have really nice guys

Everyone forgets Sig Nu. Remember that great party they had? ... yeah me either. And SAE's parties blow Pike and KA's out of the water. There's no comparison

I'm sorry but KA wins it all. They're the oldest, best looking, most fun house on the row. SAE has been a good stand-in this year since KA was shut down, and PIKE, please! They are some of the weirdest and creepiest guys I've ever been around. Kappa Sig has been good in place of KA, too and they're nice guys, just kind of awkward and it's a small house. Are there even other fraternities on the row? I'm sorry but they sure don't make themselves known. Oh wait Phi's bathrooms are really really clean. Because no one goes in there.

So ladies if you don't want to get creeped on and you're pretty, KA is the only acceptable place.

MID: Pi Kapp
BOTTOM: Kappa Sig/Sig Nu

KA- has the most money, can throw good parties, but after a small pc last year and being suspended through informal rush, will be interesting to see if they can keep their spot in the top 3
SAE- Consistently throws fun parties, but alot of creepy guys
PIKE- Nicest guys and best brotherhood, kicked off for most of first semester last year but came back and threw great parties second semester. Can try too hard sometimes

Top: SAE/PIKE/KA (each have their strengths but are all good fraternities)
Sig Nu, Kappa Sig, and Phi are irrelevant.

SAE - great parties week in and week out
PIKE - parties rivaling SAE's, closest brotherhood on campus
KA - very southern, kicked off for a year so may fall off from SAE and PIKE

Dean of Students/Staff are anti fraternity and want the frats gone. She/they sabotage procedures, subvert policy, and mock male students. Rules do not apply to them. Sabotaged "The Row" funding and have Campus Police in their pocket. Cross current to Board and more powerful than Pres. She hates her boy Lugnuts.
