This fraternity is an honest one. They might not be packed every night, but a lot of that has to do with their middle location in the row next to AMS and their past reputation. A lot has changed with the newer members of this fraternity, making them much more sociable and involved. You will be treated with respect here and there will be no harassment of any kind. Their fall and spring retreats have definitely increased in tier over the past few years, as well as their parties as they constantly upgrade their decorations and dance areas, and their philanthropy efforts are by far the best of any fraternities on campus. I mean, who else throws a yearly prom and dinners for children with disabilities? Overall, an amazing group of guys who are super close to one another and have each other’s backs.

Honestly the best parties and definitely the most down to Earth Fraternity on campus. In recent times the group has also obviously cracked down on creepers during events.

They only associate themselves with KDs and if you don’t have money or a Barbour jacket you can’t talk to them. They just stand around at the row and have the lights on in their house. Not very fun and not very nice guys.

Nerdy/ weird guys. Typically KA, Kappa Sig and SAEs left overs. They pretty much always give you alcohol though.

Theta’s are all very smart but if you are not apart of God Squad, you probably won’t fit in. But the girls in there are all very nice and definitely know how to have a good time

lots of girls have been dropping theta recently because of the horrible leadership in this sorority. if you don’t fit the leadership’s standards (basically if you want to have any kind of fun) you will be reprimanded. definitely have some work to do if they want to remain on campus at all.
