do the sororities accept older pnms? I wanted to rush next year but I'd be a junior..

Most sororities take at least one sophomore, but juniors are pretty unheard of (especially during formal recruitment). You'd be best served by looking into AEPhi informal recruitment, or getting to know girls in other groups and hoping for an open bid (very unlikely).
