^This is straight up so true. Only correction would be a bigger gap between Chi O and AEPhi because they are so wildly different... Chi O at least has a social calendar.

There is a lot of dispute about Pi Phi/APhi/DDD but this is my take on it considering Pi Phi has a long tradition of being good (despite issues recently), APhi is still new but moving up, and DDD has traditionally been pretty low tier. I am a Theta, BTW
