what are the real sorority rankings here?
by: HaylieWhat are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

Rankings shouldn't really matter in your decision to join a sorority, and all rankings differ based on what factors one considers. I normally view rankings as rating sororities based on the one's frats like the most/want to party with/have hot/fun girls. If that's the case the rankings are:
Top Tier:
Theta
Kappa
Middle Tier:
Pi Phi
Alpha Phi
Tri-Delt
Bottom Tier:
Chi-O
AEPhi

Literally I couldn't disagree with all of you more. chi o belongs WAY further up, definitely above alpha phi and tri delt. Just because they are unhoused and are classy doesn't mean they don't know how to get down. I ALWAYS have fun when we mix with chi o -- they are my favorite sorority hands down.

I hate this type of ranking, because there isn't a "ranking" of sororities. It's all about fit. If sisterhood is the most important thing to you, AEPhi would be an awesome group of girls to join. If you want to rage 24/7, Kappa might be for you. For girls who like more of a balance between partying, sisterhood, social events, Chi Os are known for being friendly, sweet, and knowing how to get down. Tridelts also have a great balance as far as social life and sisterhood go. Pi Phis and Thetas have a significant amount of social events as well.
Additionally, something to think about is that when you join a chapter, you join for life. The Greek letters you wear in a way represent you. So if I were rushing, I'd take all of this into mind.
All of chapters offer something special. Good luck finding the place where you fit!
