future top houses

For future rushees, future top houses are going to Kappa, Theta, and Aphi. I would say pi phi but pi phi and aphi have always been sort of tied. Last year aphi had a leg up cause they're PC was a lot stronger. But remember tiers don't matter, it's whatever house fits you :)
