As someone who went thru rush and didn’t end up pledging I can say with certainty these are nice, cute (mostly) girls and many seem to be social. The only difference vs “top” tier is that the girls aren’t well known before rush.

My friend is a member and not a d1 athlete and she says it is really cliquey. Like the non-athletes are a minority and sorta second class sisters.

They are nice and involved but a lot are just kind of awkward / weird. and bc they try to be the “non-sorority” srat they end up with a lot of girls who aren’t that into GL and drop out. Skipping formal rush this year will ensure they end up with girls that either got dropped by the other srats or aren’t that interested in being in a sorority Bc they didn’t even rush.
