They are all very kind, but I do feel like they are always trying to prove themselves since they are lower tier. I personally don’t know a single Aphi that ranked Aphi over any other sorority (except for maybe Chio). Since Tridelt boycotted recruitment in the fall, a lot of the POCs who would normally join tridelt joined aphi instead. So the new pledge class is fairly diverse! However, Aphi is sharing a house with Kappa next year so it doesn’t create a very inclusive space for POC and especially low income members. I definitely think this will affect their diversity and inclusion moving forward. Overall, very fun but draining since the majority of them care deeply about their rankings and are constantly comparing themselves to other orgs.

As a person of color who likes to party, tridelts been by far my favorite social space on campus. My freshman dorm friend group was predominantly white and a lot of the frat parties and events we would go to I always felt “othered.” But Tridelt provides a super fun social scene with other people like me and an actual fun vibe that plays GOOD music (not just white frat boy songs). I also like that it’s super inclusive and I can bring along my friends from other communities to all the events!

Their new PC is not very nice and they did not have a great recruitment fall of 2021 by snap bidding like 10 girls after not making quota. I’ve heard from older girls that their new class is problematic. They older classes are great but for newer members they would be with the PC of 2021. I hope they get back on track.

These girls are nice individually but as an org have a issue with continuity. I know a number of girls from winter recruitment who dropped because they lied about financial aid. “Zero dues” they said then they couldn’t pay and had to leave. I believe they need to work on transparency and fixing their internal operations. They have really made “we are not like other girls” their personality.

These girls and super nice and genuine. I personally love their newest pledge class. The girls I know are so fun. They have honestly come so far and think they have the most focus on members and their philanthropy. They are have made large DEI strides.

Honestly I’m sure they were all class pres in hs. But the way they recruit makes me embarrassed that I’m part of Stanford GL. Don’t bother thinking they really are considering you if you're white and didn’t go to Spence Harvard West Lake Exeter blah blah. Maybe public schools in the wealthiest towns in America (or athletes)

This chapter lacks cohesion and sisterhood. My friends in this chapter say they wish they joined another. They care about how much money your parents make or if you play a sport.

I was at their house and the girls were just rude. No excuse for not being cordial much less friendly. They take big friend groups and this has something to do with it. My friend who dropped said it’s cliquey inside too
