Generally a great group of guys. Not considered one of the top frats, and I think that has a lot to do with the fact that they are unhoused, and they're always a really great time.

Amazing group of guys. They get hated on for being "artsy" and are often referred to as "Sigma Nice" but I don't think those are bad things. If you are rushing and hoping for a typical fratty experience, this probably isn't the place for you, but if you're looking for a great friends and awesome events, this is the place.
