Fun guys, very chill and not douchy. The guys who have girlfriends and who are datable, not just random hookups for a drunken night (although they are great for that too ;) ) Have probably the nicest house on campus with no plans to lose it anytime soon. Great vibe with fun parties

MIDDLE TIER

Well liked by the frats because a lot of them are hot and well-connected socially. That said, KAT is very divided internally with lots of cliques, and members are super catty to/judgy of each other. Plus, I've seen so many girls join Theta and become so full of themselves & defined by that label - the pretentiousness leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Theta's top for now, but its total lack of genuine, real girls will hurt it sooner rather than later.

Alpha Phi is a very young chapter, but it is rising the social raking really quickly. The girls in it are not only good looking and classy, but they are also authentic, which is what really matters.
