Listen, Phi Psi isn't necessarily the "coolest" frat on campus but they are a generally nice group of guys and do a lot of good on campus. They can occasionally come off as desperate or creepy partially because they may be a bit socially challenged (as most Stanford students, myself included may be) but also because (as evidenced by their own reviews of themselves on here) they are trying very hard to reinvent the frat on campus as more of a "top tier" place to be which isn't necessarily bad

Don't take these rankings too seriously. We all know the general consensus of top tier Kappa, Theta and Pi Phi, with Alpha Phi a close fourth. The others don't matter as much.
