Probably one of the few Fraternity's on campus vs. Frat. Focus a lot on brotherhood and less on party's and socials.

Good friends with one another, support each other through setbacks, celebrate the successes. About half the upper-classmen maintain serious dating relationships, which is always a good sign. Quite a few leaders, founders, innovators among the membership. The vast majority of them take their studies quite seriously and are very goal-directed about the future. But they like to balance academics with a healthy social life. They seem to be building life-long friendships. Great pledge class.

Wear Hawaiian shirts all over the place and throw parties on a consistent basis. Have a dance cage for girls.
