Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Depauw University - DU 3.0 Currently solidly middle-tier, but seemed like the place to go this year- was a top house for a lot of dudes during rush- definitely on the rise. Parties are only okay- need to have more than a slushie room, and seems like it's always the same chicks there. Guys are cute but don't promote their image. Need to be more involved on campus. So, solid house with A LOT of potential. Interested to see what happens over the next couple of years.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Depauw University - DU 3.6 Extremely underrated house. I'm glad they got more of a partier class this year because I really like going to the house. Guys are nice, genuine, and fun to hang with.
