Delt and Phi Psi are the two best houses on campus by far. If you don't see that you're just dumb. ATO tries to act like they're still anything but they got 4 pledges last year for a reason.

Guys are really cool actually. I know they have a lot of different sports teams in their house which is different than anyone else. Easily throw the best parties. Recently got off probation from the school so second semester should be pretty wild. All around great guys. I know they got the best pledge class last year, but they are over confident. Probably one of the only real fraternities on campus for how small the school is. I would put them on top.

Brutal personalities and think they're entitled to everything but consistently party and are fun to be around...if you can get over the girls who are a pain in the ass to deal with personality wise.
