Everyone on campus knows that Theta is extremely attractive, and yeah they may be the typical stuck up sorority girls that people love to hate but they own their reputation and who they are. Who cares if they like monograms and Lilly Pulitzer, they don't try to be something they're not and I respect that. Easily a top house, and everyone knows it. But maybee branch out from Phi Psi, people would love to see thetas out at other places.

Dirty rushers... not cool, and they still end up unhappy with their pledge class as a whole. House divided for sure, to the point where they don't even like their own sisters and everyone on campus knows it. Pledge classes have been falling into the "party girl" stereotype that Pi Phi loves to boast about, however they are getting more unattractive and less studious with each year that passes. As a chapter, Pi Phi will seriously suffer once their awesome seniors graduate.

The last two PCs really show that this house is on the rise (not that they were bad at all before). Lots of athletes and genuine, laid back guys who love to throw a great Monday night party. Favorite place to go to actually hang out and chill with new people, instead of getting groped at another frats basement party. Hot new pledge class.

Wonderful, beautiful, eclectic group of women. They had a solid recruitment this year too. They know how to party and still maintain highest GPA. I see them out just as much as other houses, so there's no doubt they know how to have a good time. They are in one word, classy.
