Walked through the house to see nothing but garbage, the stench of urine and moldy beer. The chapter room a total disgrace. It is obvious that this group of sociopaths have no respect for personal property, other people or anything. As a former alum, I say kick them off campus and tear the house down. Looks "nice" on the outside but on the inside......I've seen better places in third world countries. After speaking to several people on campus, they appear to have earned pathetic reputation.

I know the girls have been working to change the stereotype of being rich/daddy's-girl/ shallow but I have to say every time I meet one I can tell she is a theta because she has that exact attitude. I am friends with some of the newer classes and they are all amazing girls but I still have to say please work on how you direct yourself to people. It can be pretty annoying.
