The fact that Theta is ranked at the bottom is completely ridiculous. These girls are the pick of the litter and everybody knows it. Very funny, classy, personable people. They keep getting better every year and show no sign of slowing down. They just got an awesome pledge class which makes their house that much stronger. The only reason why people may dislike them is because their jealous that they made the wrong decision and joined a different house, or were cut in the process. Theta bagels.

A great mix of brothers; some hate being sober, others prefer the sober hookup with the drunk freshman. They are definitely led by some kid who resembles Quagmire, named Brews. You can't make it through a party without taking a pull of Chach, or gunning a Hamm's Special Light. Overall, Phi Psi is synonymous with "Top House" and nobody else even compares because their latest pledge class swept -- 24/24. They always give shootouts to them freshman, who be on instagram straight flexion. Grrrr.
