Alright, lets all take a second and ignore the pointless rankings for the fraternities and sororities.. Every good ranking is from someone in that org and every bad ranking is from someone in another org. I am going to give you the honest to god fraternity rankings.
I have roomed with 4 fraternity members from 2 different fraternities. I am currently considering rushing in the fall for my upcoming Junior year.
Top Tier (no specific order)
Pikapp
-Highest campus involvement
-Highest GPA
-Avg social life
-Avg Athletics
-Lack respect from other organizations
-relatively new frat
TKE
-Best Athletics
-Very strong brotherhood; they would take bullets for each other
-Avg. Campus involvement
-Intimidating at times
-Highly respected fraternity
-Oldest frat at SJU
MIDDLE TIER (no specific order)
Kappa Sig
-Very athletic
-Largest fraternity
-Accepts mostly everyone
EXB
-Quickly making reestablishing respect around campus
-Oldest fraternity besides TKE
-Very nice guys
APD
-Best parties
-Pot heads
-Fun guys
BOTTOM TIER (new, strange fraternities)
Alpha phi delta
Pi lambda phi
Sigma pi

Well technically speaking parties aren't really allowed by the school or nationals to an extent anyways. So even though particular organizations were suspended this wouldn't have prevented them from having any parties off campus. As far as I know the organizations that were suspended still mixed with other sororities and therefore would have still been able to throw parties. EXB threw the most parties last year by far but that doesn't mean they're the best fraternity. They're probably in third behind Pi kap and TKE but with all of TKE's notable faces having left at graduation or going to graduate this year EXB still has some room to move up. They did have a good year and they could completely fall off next year but with them having improved their reputation and getting the largest pledge class last semester they'll probably do pretty well and at least maintain. But they're not the first or even second best fraternity on campus but I'll give them 3rd.

I'd put TKE over Pikapp based on status and reputation around greek like. Good group of guys. Pikapp getting there just need to act more mature as men. EXB definitely 3rd now and then Kappa Sig, who have been falling rapidly. Hopefully no more new fraternities get add and hopefully no more old ones get kicked out. TKE and EXB gotta hang tough!!!
