Is it hard to get into a sorority here if you have a 4.0 and do a lot of activities?

Youre not going to an SEC school or a thriving greek school. Honestly, if you want in... you can get in. NOw, going through rush will determine what house. BUt honestly, the "top teir" here is like the bottom teir at an SEC school.
