So why, exactly, does Chi O make their girls be 'reborn' a Chi Omega? Can they not just wear the pin and be "in" with the sorority? What's with this crazy initiation stuff??

"name here" you need to stop asking questions like that. what they do in a ritual is between them and is no one else's business. if you have seen a ritual then you should have enough respect for others not to post anything online about theirs or even ask about theirs. learn your chapters and treasure it and dont worry about others.

No group should shun honest questions. There should be nothing to hide with a group that's built on Christian ideals.

DTD is right. If u want to know something like why were you founded or when, ect is fine to ask but asking why they do stuff in their ritual is very disrespectful. If want to know that stuff then get initiated.

#1) Give up the whole rumor of girls getting in closets during initiation. It's immature & completely untrue.

#2) Give up on bringing up the ONE girl that got arrested. She is no longer a chi o.

#3) Chi O is a great group of diverse and involved girls.

#4) The fact that you feel the need to get on greek rank and talk negatively of other chapters is ridiculous and rather pathetic. We are supposed to be promoting greek life, not tearing every other chapter apart.

THe Chi Os at USM are sooooo amazingly classy. I love it!

Obviously you don't know what you are talking about. Chi Omega is based on Christian ideals. Get your facts straight.
