It doesn't look you copy the whole thing. I would love to see your "proof" but according to the link it's not even an accurate facebook page. Look, I'm not a KD but I know you're making crap up. Why do you care so much?? Stop trying to call people out.

I copied the whole thing and saw it. Some girl with the initials CC. If you don't care then don't worry about it. But this girl is most certainly preggo. She's got 1/2 a dozen or more ultrasound pics on her fb profile.

once you post a picture on facebook, it's fair game. by posting it and having your profile not set to private you're allowing anyone and everyone to have access to all your information and pictures. she knows this and yet posted her pictures anyway. so referencing a picture like that may not be classy, but unlawful? not hardly.

nobody said it was unlawful...there is a difference between criminal acts and civil claims. A person still may have a civil ground to sue without the any criminal liability involved. It comes down to her reasonable expectation of privacy and if it is reasonable for her to not expect it to be posted on a sight in a negative light. If anything there could be an argument for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Purposely singling the girl out in the negative manner that it is done is intentional, and it is reasonable to think that the girl would suffer distress from the posting and comments she is now subjected to. Not saying she would win, just saying she would have some claims, and it isn't smart to open oneself up to the legal liability. Not sure what Mississippi's law on cyber bullying is but there may be a criminal claim as well.

what these claims of Tri Delt cheating are about?

you must not know much about litigation. no one posted anything untrue or negative. if you read it that way then you've got issues. nothing posted here was taken out of context or off a private domain.

this girl is having a baby and is obviously excited about it. good for her! she's obviously in love & pro-life. so am I. not a thing in the world negative about a decision for life.

please find something else to be a self-proclaimed expert on - cause legal stuff sure ain't it for you, honey.

What are all these comments targeting XO, KD, and DDD about cheating??

These 3 groups have cheated in different ways throughout the last year. Tri Delt cheated during pre-rush last year, and KD & Chi O are on that track this year. Here's the thing: all 3 are struggling anyway. They're grasping at straws to make themselves look good because of the following... Tri Delt didn't make quota last fall. KD has issues with failed contraception, and Chi O had a member pulled from their house & arrested a couple of weeks ago. These chapters are doing whatever they can - whatever it takes - to try and appear to be good sororities. What they're failing to get is that they just look desperate, sad, & pathetic. If you cannot follow the rules and get good members, then you've got bigger problems than just cheating. You've got personnel issues within your chapter. That's a bleak outlook.
