I thought they were all supposed to be the same size. Why does DG have so many when ADPi has so few?

Well you can't force girls to pledge sororities. That's why some are smaller than others.

Also, some sororities are more selective than others, so it wouldn't be fair to say that the biggest is the best. However, in Southern's case the 3 biggest are the 3 best.

Yes, all chapters are supposed to be roughly the same size...but, when girls drop out of sororities or chapters get quota additions, that can affect the number of chapter members. But, groups who are not at chapter total on the campus (USM's total is just slightly over 100) can continue to pick up girls after rush is over until they reach the right number. But, nobody can force girls to pledge a group they don't like.

Each house has something to offer.

However, I see Tri Delt, DG, and Chi O as the three that are on top.

KD may come in 4th, then Phi Mu, Pi Phi, and ADPi in that order.

DG/DDD/KD/Chi O are the top 4. I think all 4 have something great to offer to every PNM and it's up to them to decide the best fit for them! I will add that DDD and KD seem to be the most like typical SEC sororities, which is good or bad depending on how you look at it.

Please take Southern Miss off this site. Our Greek Life workers and officers seek to build Greek Life up and not tear it down. This site is not helping that at this school. This is tearing our Greek Life apart.
