which is why they were AT quote and didnt exceed it. Very stuck-up, but they hve the occasional sweetheart. Overall decent chapter.
Phi Mu: Pros- strong recruiters, nationally recognized chapter, very competitive at philanthropy events, strong dancers and cheerleaders. Cons- can get way too buckwild, especially in public, sisterhood is questionable (again, personal witness accounts), retention rates in the Fall often vary.
ADPi: the youngest chapter on campus to date Pros: very strong sisterhood, involvement is increasing, the last 2 pledge classes they've had are slowly but sure changing the face of the chapter, overall sweet girls. Cons- grades, the physical appearance of some members in public make the other decent girls look bad

DG: Pros- excels in grdes, involvement, largest chapter on campus, largest pledge class in USM history, very diverse. Cons- Bc of their size, sisterhood is very questionable.
Pi Phi: Pros- very competitive in philanthropy competitions, strong alumni support system. Cons- very weak sisterhood, some members tend to bash their own sisters in public. Grades. Retention rates vary in the Fall. Reputation for the drunken party girls.
Well, there you have it! Any questions or concerns?

Pretty dead on. Most guys get stoked about getting the invite to a DG/KD/DDD date party & that's why you see so many guys in those tshirts. It's like a 'cool guy' badge of honor to wear one of their shirts...KD mainly because they can party like rockstars and are freakin gorgeous...DDD because they're popular on campus...DG because they seem to pledge the best girls every year. Chi O is good too but their parties are just not as fun as the other 3. Wearing a Phi Mu shirt is not terrible if it's all you got. But if you got a DG/KD/DDD shirt - you wear it!! With Pi Phi and ADPi, you wear those party shirts cause it's all you got or your girl is in that sorority.

tri delt, kappa delta, and delta gamma are definately most "popular" on campus. They are all fun and easy to get along with.. unlike some of the other sororities.................................................. ............................................................ ...................................

I do think DG is sometimes overrated, especially with PC11's general weirdness. They are mostly cool girls though, and usually win the Aubrey K Lucas award for grades.
Tri-Delt is definitely in the top tier. Their date parties are among the best. Most Oak Grove girls go DDD.
Phi Mu has its good (and bad) members. They don't have much respect on campus, but they do have many involved members. Very big on New Orleans girls.
ADPi has the least respect on campus, but I hear their sisterhood is just great...
Pi Phi's have an overall unfavorable reputation on campus. Not very classy, and definitely not in the Top 4.
Chi O's are smart girls, having recently stolen the top grades award from DG. Some are strange, but they have a great reputation on campus.
KD has a good reputation as far as being the most attractive sorority. They do seem involved, but some are disliked for their attitudes.

DG - really cool, smart girls who go for values instead of just 'face' value.
Tri-Delt - top tier for sure, but they'll pledge just about anybody out of OG. yikers for the past 3 yrs.
Phi Mu - has had a bad few years here. no good. #5
ADPi - overall scattered. some pretty girls, some with major reputation issues. it's like you can be terrible by reputation, but as "welcome home - here are your letters."
Pi Phi's - trying really, really hard...but just cannot break through.
Chi O's - smart girls, pretty solid rep on campus.
KD - rep for being the most attractive sorority only goes so far. Superficial, uninvolved & catty.
