fraternity rush

First of all i hate it came down to me having to post on here for advice so please excuse that. Im transfering from another school and will be a sophmore next year (fall 2014). How common is it for a sophmore to rush at southern miss? Im pretty straight forward so how appropriate would it be to cold call a rush chairmen? Thanks

lots of guys go through at older ages! Im pretty sure a junior went through and got a bid at SAE this past fall.

Plenty of sophomores (and some juniors) pledge. Cold calling a rush chairman would be a good idea. He'll appreciate the initiative you took.
