whoever better days is...they started in like 1986 and had to build themselves up. Logically, they can't be surviving on their reputation from 20 years ago. It is surprising that Sigma Chi is not one of the old chapters on campus since they are a stronger chapter. Their house was previously KA's (before KA got kicked off campus and return off row).
