Is it true that KA is coming back to USM?

It has been rumored. I have talked to many people on IFC and they said that KA should be here within the next 3 years. They will not have a house their first year, but knowing KA, they will do just fine and build a hell of a house. Especially with the new fraternity row plan for the next 10 years.
