Apparently, we only have 4 houses that matter anymore.

Pi Kapp
Sigma Chi
SAE
and Sig Ep

are the only ones doing well in rush.

Sigma Chi will always do well. The rest will fluctuate each year.

What is the basis of this rationale? In respect to every fraternity, every one will have a different opinion of what constitutes "good rush." Let me know if this is wrong.

Generally speaking, good rush would be considered meeting quota to fill your house while maintaining the fraternities preferred image. Unfortunately most houses fail to accomplish both of these goals
