When did we decide that it's okay to bash each other?? I understand that this is a place to say honest opinions about chapters, but some of it is unnecessary and rude. It doesn't matter if the girls don't look like models, joining a chapter is for the sisterhood, not for social standings. There are girls in every chapter that you might not like, but there are also girls in every chapter that you'll adore. Just find your forever home with awesome girls you connect with and don't push down other chapters because they aren't like you.
