how are the parties???

Okay I would be a transfer coming to this school and wanting to rush, be honest how are the frat parties and swaps/ date dashes whatever you guys call them? Is the campus strict on parties? Are they big and fun?

Don't even worry about parties, child. They get worse on rules every year. Focus on your school work.
