Idk why y'all keep lying on SAE like that lol. "Great house with great people" boy get that outta here lol. SNU is cool. So is ATO. Delt? Idk lol i guess or whatever. And if you're a southern by the grace of God yee yee redneck, then sigma chi is the place for ya. Everyone else is pretty cool tbh

Phi Tau and Delt are no where near on the same tier. SAE doesn't deserve to be listed at the top either but they will probably bounce back. Sigma Chi would be at the top if this was 2014 but they've taken some hits recently so they're in the middle. So other than that, good list
