curious....

I'm wondering if USM has a certain academic specialty/speciaialties, and if so, are certain sororities geared more towards taking girls interested in those majors (nursing for example)? Another university, in a different state, specializes in broadcast meteorology, which is fairly uncommon. My bestie is going to this out of state school, and this got me wondering if there is something unique that USM offers - maybe something worth considering...
