Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Southern Mississippi - USM 4.5 of the best girls on campus! I know several of them, and I can't say one bad thing about them. Super friendly, cute, involved. Because of them, I will most likely go through next year as a second year student.

Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Southern Mississippi - USM 3.0 just because "you" might've liked a bid from this sorority doesn't mean it's a good fit for everyone. don't try and make this girl feel guilty if this is not where she belongs. everyone has the right to make her own decisions. she did and now she's thinking she may have made a wrong one - it happens to EVERYONE at some point and there are always consequences. just because YOU were cut & would've liked a spot in this house doesn't mean "babydolphin" feels the same way. lay off her. she's being honest and i applaud that.

I guess when you are one of the best, you will get targeted! I am Not Greek, but I love these girls and if I did go Greek, I would want DDD OR DG .... BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST!

Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Southern Mississippi - USM 2.5 You're right. If you really don't like it then don't get initiated. Drop before that. But, do give it a fair chance. The 1st few weeks of pledging are the roughest because of all the demands placed on your time and money. But, after you're initiated it gets better. However, once you're initiated, you can NEVER EVER pledge another sorority. So just know that before you make any decisions. If it's that U think U pledged the 'wrong' group for U, then drop and try it again next year. But if it's that U think the whole idea of being Greek isn't for U, then U just have to decide whether or not U get initiated. Most groups don't have anything like an "inactive" status for girls who want to continue at USM but just not be Greek. So, simply getting initated will NOT entitle you to forever claim greek letters if U decide to drop while still at USM. However, if you transfer schools, that's another whole deal. U are not required to affiliate at another school.

I just want to know all my options before I make any decision. I don't even know that sorority life is for me at all - maybe I'm just not cut out for it. Maybe I made the wrong decision. I dont know. But this is not feeling right and I don't want people to start treating me weird if I say something. So I'm just gonna wait until I can figure out what I want to do. Nobody is going to talk me into or out of anything. I make my own decisions.

Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Southern Mississippi - USM 1.5 if your'e not from oak grove high school in hattiesburg, you can forget it. they target those girls every year. there's like 2 dozen of them in the sorority right now. if it weren't so sad that they can only get those girls, it would actually be kinda funny.
