This group is pretty 50/50. Half of them are good guys that just want to have a good time. The other half are overtly disrespectful and extremely rude guys that also want to have a good time

Friendly guys. They still have some issues but it seems like they're trying to work through them. A lot of their newer guys are involved and social people. It seems like they're aiming for the top of the mountain and more power to them, they've just got to finish getting their act together.

some girls are great to talk to, fun to be around, and just awesome overall. a select few are violent drunks, unreliable, and trashy. very diverse women. definitely mid-lower tier. cut the drunks and theyd be solid middle

I LOVE THESE BOYS!!!! They are all so sweet and they are the most down to Earth on the row. They may not party constantly, but when they do you do NOT want to miss it. My sisters and I love them to death and can't wait for their next house party.
