Doing the same as you "honest" - giving all 5's so perhaps they will take some advice and listen and learn. Conversations were so lacking this year. I went through last year and really wanted DDD and because of that declined my bid last year so I could come through again this year. Lets just say, I am rethinking my desire! It was so awkward this year. Whoever did the 'training and assigning" did not know what she was doing! Leadership lacks

Honestly y'all are so fake. You all think you are at the top of the heap. A couple of days ago I heard a tri delt say "we are celebrities on campus" !!! Are you joking? I am appalled with you all and am glad I declined my bid last year. Good riddance.
