What this sorority has to offer: 1. Adpi has scholarships through the national office (one is specific for this chapter) 2. Affinity groups for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and interfaith members. Basically you can meet adpi sisters all over the world that relate to you. This chapter also started Bible studies, but there are members of other faith as well. I'd say they are super open about it all. 3. Sisterhood events like chapter retreat and things like that. 4. Big little relationships. Usually you have a twin because it is a smaller chapter, but I think that is great because you have a larger "family" of friends. 5. Open chapter room and kitchen. They just redid the whole place, so it is a good study spot. The kitchen has all the supplies you need if you want to cook. This is great if you live in the house (which you are expected to fulfill 4 semesters in sorority housing). 6. Adpi was the first sorority ever, so the alumni are extensive. If you need connections, you can join alumni pages and find houses, jobs, etc. This is really helpful for first generation college students or just anyone in general. 7. National office has conventions, workshops, and programs. The conventions are huge and usually for officers so think about running for a position freshman year and working your way up. 8. A lot of these women have jobs, and I have seen people help others get one on or off campus. Basically networking is a huge plus. 9. The dues are not ridiculous as compared to what I've seen for other people. Your dues include the cost of your date parties, t-shirts, big little and initiation basket, etc. You don't have to pay for those things separately.

I was an adpi all throughout college and I LOVED IT! I initially did not want to go adpi and then I fell in love with them. I went to southern miss with 0 people from my highschool and i was super nervous for rush but adpi made me feel very very welcomed!! The girls I met there are the girls that are my best friends to this day! The first and finest sorority. Don’t let anybody tell you different.
