Definitely not the cream of the crop, but sometimes not so bad. I hear a lot of girls drop and they're pretty much just there to get drunk. Definitely party girls and where people go when they don't get the other house they want.

I think their house is a black hole. Never is any activity going on. Just strange. I am not entirely sure if I would even consider them a real fraternity. They have a whole of 10 brothers. They hang out with a lot of ADPIs rightfully so.
